By accessing this site and submitting orders, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accept these terms. We reserve the right to update prices of items, terms and conditions and every information stated on this site without prior notice. Preorder Items All items listed on our site are preorder items, unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to cancel preorders midway without prior notice to you. In the event of a termination of a current preorder or if your item goes out of stock, you will be notified immediately. A full refund will be made but no additional compensation will be given. Items take 3-4 weeks to arrive upon us sending in your orders. We do our best in ensuring the quality of your items. Should there be defects due to actions caused on the part of the suppliers, we will notify you immediately and advise further actions. In such an event, kindly note that we shall not be held liable and will not bear the cost of re-delivery or additional charges howsoever incurred. Product Delivery Waiting Time Kindly note that all items are Pre-Order Items unless otherwise stated and a minimum 3-4 weeks of waiting time will be required. We will ship out your items as soon as possible when they reach us, thank you for your patience! Shipping Costs and Meet-ups Items will be delivered by Singapore Post. Costs are as follows: a) Normal Postage: SGD1.50 per item b) Registered Postage = SGD2.50 atop total mailing charges Payment Methods We currently accept payment via ATM transactions only.Upon submitting the order form, you will receive a confirmation. After which, please make payment to POSB Savings 186-69418-0 in 24 hours and inform us after doing so. Failure to do so will cause orders to become void. Upon confirmation of orders, there shall be no cancellation of order. Information On Products All items are subjected to stock availability and are exclusive of delivery charges. Should an item go out of stock, buyers will be notified immediately. Also, colors shown in the photographs and measurements stated may differ slightly from the actual product due to lighting and photography effects. We seek your understanding in that information provided is from our suppliers and is at times, beyond our control. We shall not be held responsible for errors in measurements and colors. And no refund or exchange will be made under any circumstances. Usage of photographs and information from this site All photographs labelled with our site name and details listed on this site wholly and only belong to us. Should you require any of them (i.e posting photographs or description on your own site), please email us beforehand. We highly recommend registered mail to prevent any loss of parcels. Moreover, tracking of your item can be done at the SingPost website. Registered Postage is advised and we are not responsible if any item that is mailed out on Normal Postage goes missing. All items are checked before sending and ensured to be in proper condition. We shall not be held responsible for items that are damaged during the course delivery. Exchange and Refund Policy All items sold from our online store are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
